We deliver bespoke tactical development programmes, including modern counterinsurgency tactics, small unit tactics in urban terrain, and platoon-level simulations. For example, we supported a national army transitioning from peacekeeping to rapid deployment by designing an intensive urban operations course replicating contemporary conflict zones.

Horizon has advised partners on armoured doctrine modernisation and integrated turret crew simulators. In one case, we supported an allied force in transitioning from legacy tanks to NATO-standard platforms, incorporating procurement roadmaps and gunnery system upgrades.

Our artillery services include advanced forward observer courses and fire support planning tools. We recently partnered with an Eastern European nation to introduce digitally networked artillery call-for-fire systems integrated with ISR platforms.

Horizon has delivered counter-IED training, water crossing bridging modules, and combat engineering packages for border security forces and disaster response units. We supported a humanitarian mission by designing temporary infrastructure layouts for displaced populations.

We’ve delivered bespoke cyber and tactical communications workshops to support hybrid warfare environments. In Africa, we designed a deployable CIS framework for inter-agency coordination during cross-border operations.

Horizon trains ground force JTACs to integrate effectively with rotary assets. In support of a NATO-aligned client, we created a mission rehearsal centre to improve close air support coordination and survivability.

We develop ISR analysis courses, teach targeting cycles, and simulate red-cell exercises. In Ukraine, we trained intelligence staff in geospatial analysis and HUMINT validation under live operational tempo conditions.
